- 2 passport size pictures
- A copy of Birth Certificate
- A copy of School Leaving Certificate
- A copy of latest final examination result
or record of academic achievement
or Form 001 (For Students from Government School)
PROCESS OF APPLYING:

- Submit along with other documents.
- All applications must be submitted at the Admission Office.
- The registration process also can be made by calling and faxing the application to the Admission Office during office hours.
